We ship Eagle Matrix GPS trackers across India through Shiprocket and its courier partners.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within India only. Delivery is available to all PIN codes serviced by our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you and either arrange an alternative or refund your order in full.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we share the courier name and tracking number with you. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, contact us on WhatsApp +91 70200 71240.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or the device is not working, report it within 7 days of delivery as described in our Refund & Replacement Policy. Please don’t accept a parcel that is visibly opened or tampered with.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because the delivery was refused, we can re-ship it once the correct details are confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
