Information we collect
- Order and contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and billing and shipping address.
- Account details: your login details for your website account and the GPS tracking app and dashboard.
- Vehicle tracking data: the location, speed, trip history and alerts from the GPS devices linked to your account.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Cashfree Payments. We receive the payment status and reference, but we never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Website usage: cookies and basic analytics, such as pages visited and device type, help us run the store and improve the website.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your orders.
- To provide live tracking, alerts, trip history and reports for your vehicles.
- To activate tracking recharges and send service reminders.
- To answer your questions by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us run our business:
- Cashfree Payments, to process payments and refunds.
- Shiprocket and its courier partners, to deliver your order.
- Our hosting and tracking platform providers, to store data securely and run the service.

Vehicle location data
Location data from your device is visible only to you and the users you authorise on your account. We access it only to provide support, maintain the service, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Tracking history is kept while your account is active so you can view past trips. You can ask us to delete your account and data, subject to these legal requirements.

Our website uses cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in, and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some store features may not work without them.
