These terms apply when you use eaglematrixsolution.com, buy an Eagle Matrix GPS tracker, or use our GPS tracking service, app and web dashboard. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Eagle Matrix GPS, Near Datta Mandir, Sunrise Apartment, Hadapsar–Manjari Road, Manjari BK, Pune, Maharashtra 412307, India. You can reach us at +91 70200 71240 or support@eaglematrixsolution.com.
2. Products and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- We try to show product details and prices accurately. If a price or description is wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Product images are for illustration; the actual device may look slightly different.
3. Orders and payment
- Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card or bank details.
- An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel and fully refund an order if the item is unavailable or the delivery address cannot be served.
4. GPS tracking service
- Each GPS tracker includes 1 year of tracking service from activation, with live location on the Eagle Matrix GPS app and web dashboard.
- After the included year, the service continues with a recharge plan: ₹149 for 1 month, ₹449 for 3 months, ₹849 for 6 months or ₹1,649 for 12 months.
- Tracking needs GPS signal, mobile network coverage and vehicle power. Location updates may be delayed or unavailable in areas without coverage, such as basements, tunnels or remote regions.
- We may update the app and dashboard from time to time to improve the service.
5. Lawful use
You may use our devices and service only to track vehicles that you own or are authorised to monitor, such as your own vehicle or your company fleet. You must not use them to track any person without their knowledge and consent, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend the service if we believe it is being misused.
6. Warranty, returns and shipping
Devices carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Replacements, refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Replacement Policy, and delivery in our Shipping Policy.
7. Your account
Keep your app and dashboard login details private. You are responsible for activity carried out using your account.
8. Limitation of liability
GPS tracking is a monitoring aid and does not guarantee the prevention or recovery of a stolen vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
